Cancellations

If Climb365 cancel the booking, a full refund for our fee will be made.
In the event of the booking being cancelled by the client, Climb365 will reimburse the client in the following manner.
Cancellation before 4 weeks of the start date of the booking: Climb365 will reimburse the client 30%
Cancellation within 4 weeks of the start date of the booking: No refund will be available.

If Climb365 offers to give a refund a 5% handling charge will be incurred to cover transaction fees.

Other expenses

If Climb365 cancel a booking for any reason Climb365 is not liable or responsible for any fee or costs incurred by clients. e.g, accommodation, travel expenses, kit hire…..

Insurance

We therefore strongly advise clients to take out cancellation insurance which you can do with the BMC.
