What can scouts do?
All the activities in our adventure section are available as half or full day activities and can be combined to give a great adventure day. We often find that Scout groups want to set the day up as a team building challenge, collecting points for activities and with treasure to find at the end. e.g. using a map to find the way to an abseiling venue, abseil in to get a clue, make your way through tunnels to the exit, collect a token to take you to the gorge, scramble up the gorge as a team to reach the hidden cave to collect the key, use the map to find the location of the treasure. If you would like to discuss a similar idea for your scout or explorer group, please get in touch.
Why should I bring our scouts with climb365?
We are a family run business that specialises in high-quality professional service. We have been working and enjoying taking groups into the Lake District fells for over 20 years. Over those years, we have taken many different scout and explorer groups doing a variety of adventure days. We are really keen to make the day fit around what you want for your scout group.
Where are the activities?
Many scout groups are staying at Great Tower, near Windermere. All our venues are within a 25-minute drive of Great Tower.
We also use venues in the North Lakes area should you be camping near Keswick.
Ages suitable and other requirements?
We are Aala licensed to work with under 18’s. Please discuss any special requirements your scouts may have and we will do our best to accommodate you.

Child £29.50 per half-day session (16 and under)
We provide activities sessions solely for you and your friends/family. You are NOT joined to any other group.
We believe in delivering high-quality instruction just for you, and so we do not club individuals together solely to make extra money. We have found our clients prefer the benefit of the activity being just for them and the personal service this enables. We employ quality staff to run the session for you and so if you are a smaller group there is a slight increase in the cost.
Costs for 1-3 people add £50 to the total per head cost
Costs for 4-5 people add £35 to the total per head cost
No additional cost for groups of 6 people or more.
